- Follow TTCF’s COVID-19 CSA Protocol when coming to pick up your share.
- Please do not come to pick-up your share if you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms. If you test positive for COVID-19, please do not return to pick-ups until you meet the criteria determined by the CDC.
- If you need your share delivered due to illness, let us know. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours to arrange a delivery.
- Masks are strongly recommended for members during CSA pick-up. We request that on-farm pick up members wear a mask when entering the walk-in cooler.
- Observe physical distancing by maintaining 6 feet between yourself and other customers and volunteers.
- Look out for the weekly email newsletter each Monday. The newsletter is full of vegetable storage and cooking tips and updates from the farm. If you don't receive it, let us know. Email us to add a spouse or friend or household member to the list.
- All boxes remain at the pick-up site to be reused. Watch this quick how-to video to learn how to unfold your CSA box. Your share will be packed in plastic bags inside the box so you can grab your items and go quickly.
- It's hard to be on time. Every member gets 1-2 late pick-ups each season. Site-specific details about late pick-ups are below.
- Please add our email address csa@transplantingtraditions.org to your contacts. Otherwise, our emails might go to your spam or promotions folder. We don't want you to miss any important information!
- If you're going away: let us know at least 48 hours before your pick-up. Your farmer will pack you a make-up box the week after the 8-week season is over. You can schedule two make-up boxes each 8-week season (if you are a full season member, that means you get 6 make-up boxes total).
- CSA members may visit the farm but must adhere to the TTCF Visitor Guidelines.
- Add all CSA dates to your calendar. Click here to view the CSA Calendar!
