We depend on your support.

Transplanting Traditions is a non-profit that supports a collection of small farmers through capacity building and customer service support. Nearly 100% of funds from your produce purchases goes directly to the farmers. The programs that support these farmers and others in the refugee community depend heavily on your donations through fundraisers like these. We’re so happy to have you as part of our community and look forward to building our shared experiences through food as a common language!
